Muse S is a brain-sensing headband that uses biofeedback to help the user fall asleep, stay asleep, and even get back to sleep if the user wakes up at night. It helps disengage the mind from daily stressors and offers sleep content (DSP) designed to put the user to peaceful sleep.
Sleep causes natural changes to our brain activity. Muse S detects those changes and fades out the audio when the user is asleep. It uses the same smart, fade-in-fade-out technology to put the user back to sleep if he wakes up at night.
A variety of DSPs are available to suit the diverse needs of users when it comes to sleeping. There are four main options:
- Original, adventurous, and classic sleep stories for users who find it easy to sleep while listening to a good story at bedtime
- Guided sleep meditations for those who prefer to sleep through relaxing sleep meditation
- Biofeedback sleep soundscapes for individuals who like sounds of nature and music
- Ambient sleep soundscapes for the ones who like soothing music and ambient sounds
