If you or your company could benefit from presenting your medical research to an international audience, GIANT Health may have your ticket to do just that during its seventh annual global hybrid health tech event. The GIANT Health Event 2021 is taking place this year on November 30 and December 1, 2021. The event will combine a physical trade show and in-person conferences in central London with virtual components via GIANT HEALTH’s proprietary Virtual Event Platform. The GIANT Health Event 2021 will include structured networking opportunities, market entry programs, an international health tech startup competition, multiple awards, and numerous conference tracks on today’s most relevant health tech topics.
This year GIANT Health is adding an exciting new component to the GIANT Health Event. The Innovative Medical Research Programme is a chance for health tech scientists and researchers to present their work to GIANT Health’s expert audience. We don’t generally write about calls for papers, but GIANT Health launched this new program in response to the cancellation of many on-site events in the past two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is designed to provide an outlet for new research that might not be heard otherwise. Applications are open to students as well as healthcare professionals.
Prospective presenters can submit up to two 250-word maximum abstracts of their work for review by a select panel of GIANT Health experts. After two selection rounds, the highest-rated authors will be invited to present their work at the live event before a panel of expert judges. Presenters will receive feedback on their research and presentation plus have access to opportunities to network with the health tech innovators and leaders who attend the GIANT Health Event 2021.
